Visit Ft Monroe

Why not see Fort Monroe for yourself, whether for the first or the thousandth time? At the post's gate, the guards will give you a pass if you show an up-to-date driver's license and car registration. Passengers must show photo I.D.

Directions: From Interstate 64 Exit 268 in Hampton, just north of the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, take Mallory Street east about 1/4 mile to Mellen Street. Turn right on Mellen. Fort Monroe is about 3/4 mile ahead.
