Will your civic organization endorse the effort?
Fort Monroe will
become a national park if both citizens and civic organizations demand it. So far, a
number of organizations have endorsed the idea. We would like to highlight your civic organization’s
endorsement of the effort to create a Fort Monroe National Park.
That means history-minded civic organizations, of course—but just to give a few examples, it
could also mean:
* Environmentalists
* Recreational boaters
* Church groups
* Community service clubs
* Concertgoers
* Garden clubs
* Architectural organizations
Any
civic organization can endorse creation of a Fort Monroe National Park!
